Did you know that your choice of hotel for the PNABC Biennial Conference has a direct impact on the association? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the PNABC block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the association to have to pay a penalty for un-booked rooms within the contracted room block, which over time will result in higher conference registration fees.

Individual Online Room Reservations:
In order to receive the special negotiated rates, please indicate that you are making reservations for the Perioperative Nurses Association of BC - Biennial Provincial Conference. Direct reservations must be made prior to May 9, 2022 to take advantage of the special conference rates. After this date, the Hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space available basis at current available rates. Reservations can be made online.

Changes or cancellations for individual reservations must reach the Reservations Department 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the first night’s room and tax.

• Check in time is after 4:00 pm
• Underground parking is available at $15.00 per night for self parking
• Complimentary Wi-Fi in the Hotel, Hotel guest rooms and Mantles Restaurant and Lounge
• Rollaway cot $30.00 per night
