Why Book Within the Conference Hotel Block?
Your choice of hotel directly supports PNABC. To secure adequate meeting and event space, PNABC is required to guarantee a minimum number of guest room bookings at the host hotel.
While booking outside the conference room block may sometimes appear more economical, doing so can result in financial penalties to the association for unbooked contracted rooms. Over time, these penalties contribute to increased conference registration fees.
We appreciate your support in booking within the official conference hotel whenever possible.

Important Booking Deadline
To receive the special negotiated conference rates, reservations must be made on or before March 25, 2026.
After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and at the hotel’s current rates.
